After seeing exceptional candidates repeatedly overlooked by résumé filters and keyword-driven screening, he recognized that traditional hiring often fails to capture the qualities that matter most. With leadership experience in government affairs, talent management, and DEI across Fortune 50 organizations, Christopher set out to build a platform that enables employers to evaluate candidates as complete individuals, where communication, professionalism, potential, and proven capabilities are valued alongside experience.
That vision became Entervu—a video-first hiring platform that empowers candidates to introduce themselves, showcase their work, and demonstrate the strengths that cannot be captured on a résumé alone.
